The PARCEL e-Learning Programme is a free, self-paced online course introducing the Humanitarian Supply Chain and Logistics Standards (ULS). Available in English, French, Spanish, and Arabic, it offers an engaging way for learners — from logisticians to programme staff — to strengthen their understanding of key logistics practices.
Through short animated videos and interactive modules, the training covers the following logistics areas:
- Procurement
- Transport
- Warehousing & Storage
- Distribution
- Asset & Fleet Management
Each topic highlights practical actions and real-world examples, embedding cross-cutting themes such as gender, protection, and environmental responsibility.
After completion, participants can continue learning through the Self-Assessment Tool and Logistics Toolkit.
